We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-maintained parking area and convenient transportation options. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city's top attractions. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent tips and ideas to explore this city.

The bed was comfortable and the towels seemed clean. We also got two bottles of water, which was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some good advice on what to see and do in the area.

Our room was not very nice. The surroundings were not pleasant and we saw a small cockroach in the room.

This hotel is a great choice for business travel. the location is excellent, as it is close to key attractions but also offers a quiet atmosphere. the room is comfortable and well-furnished, with everything needed for a productive stay. the staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing suggestions and local tips. the breakfast is delicious and varied, with a good selection of local and international options. the view from the room is stunning, offering a beautiful glimpse of the city below. There is even a bike available to explore the area.

The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger, which might make it difficult for some guests who need to work remotely.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfort of a brand new bed that was very cozy. the staff members were very friendly and helpful in providing us with two complementary bottles of drinking water and fresh towels.

I have to note that the shower facilities left much to be desired. Instead of a hot shower, we had to make do with heated water from a tap that needed to be used with a bucket.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean and new facilities. Provided towels and water. Manager, Usuf, offered excellent service.
